1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. If you create an account, we collect a username and an email address. Creating an account is optional — you can use the Service as a guest without providing either.

Fantasy league information. When you connect a league, we retrieve information about that league from Sleeper, ESPN or Yahoo, including league and team names, rosters, projections and scores. To keep a connection working we store the credentials you supply for that platform: an OAuth access token for Yahoo, or the espn_s2 and SWID cookie pair for ESPN. We use these solely to read your league data on your behalf.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We also set a session cookie so the Service can remember the leagues you connected during your visit.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the Service — retrieving your league data and calculating the projections and probabilities we display.
• To remember the leagues you connected, so you can return to them.
• To send transactional email such as verification and password reset messages, and, if you have opted in, occasional product email.
• To understand how the Service is used, so we can improve it.
• To display advertising, which is how we keep the Service free.
• To detect abuse and protect the security of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to keep you signed in and remember your connected leagues, to measure usage through analytics, and to serve advertising.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the Service, but you will need to reconnect your leagues each visit.

4. Advertising

The Service is free and is supported by advertising. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit.

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You may opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info or the NAI opt-out page.

Third-party vendors and ad networks may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, to collect information as a result of ad serving on the Service. We do not control these third parties, and their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we will ask for your consent before serving personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time through the consent control on the site.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage information such as pages viewed and time on site. You can prevent this by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Sharing Your Information

We share information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers who operate the Service on our behalf, such as our hosting provider, email delivery provider, analytics provider and advertising partners.
• Fantasy platforms — we send your credentials to Sleeper, ESPN or Yahoo only to retrieve the league data you asked us to retrieve.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Fantom Odds or others.
• Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain account and league information for as long as your account is active. Guest sessions and the league data attached to them are retained only as long as needed to operate the Service, and are periodically purged.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@fantomodds.com. You may also disconnect a fantasy platform at any time from within the Service, which removes the stored credentials for that platform.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message, or from your email settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@fantomodds.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
