All purchases made on Fantom Odds are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used periods, league purchases, or any other fees or charges related to your purchase.
When you purchase access to a fantasy league on Fantom Odds, this access is granted to all members who are part of that specific fantasy league on the connected platform (e.g., Yahoo, ESPN, Sleeper). It is not possible to exclude specific individuals within that league from accessing the Fantom Odds features once the league is purchased. The purchase is for the league as a whole.
Only one purchase is required per fantasy league to unlock Fantom Odds features for all its members. Individual league members do not need to make separate payments for the same league. The responsibility for the purchase typically falls on one league member or can be shared amongst league members by their own arrangement.
Your purchase grants access to Fantom Odds features for the current fantasy football season only. Access is not perpetual and will typically conclude shortly after the official end of the NFL season. A new purchase will be required for subsequent fantasy football seasons.
Our pricing is designed to be flexible, offering discounts when you purchase a league-wide plan where some members have already purchased individual access. Here is a breakdown of how our pricing and discounts are calculated.

When you purchase a league-wide plan, you receive a discount for each member who has already purchased an individual plan for that league. The value of this discount depends on the type of league plan you are purchasing.

Example: You want to buy a Standard League plan with a base price of $100. One member already has a Standard Individual plan. A 25% off pre-season sale is active.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Fantom Odds reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change this Purchase Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Purchase Policy.
All content and materials available on Fantom Odds, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Fantom Odds and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You agree to use Fantom Odds only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fantom Odds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
This Purchase Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, United States of America. You agree that the courts of Colorado, United States of America will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Purchase Policy.
Fantom Odds provides a platform for tracking wagers made between users within their fantasy leagues. However, Fantom Odds is not responsible for enforcing any bets created on the platform or ensuring that payouts occur between users. All bet settlements and financial transactions related to wagers are solely the responsibility of the users involved.
Fantom Tokens, where applicable within the Fantom Odds service (e.g., Fantom Bank), are a simulated point system designed to help track betting performance and engagement among users. These tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for any currency or tangible asset. They are strictly for entertainment and tracking purposes within the platform.
